Welcome to ThumbCraft. By accessing or using our Roblox thumbnail generation service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using our service.

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using ThumbCraft, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our service.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use ThumbCraft. By using our service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

If you are between 13 and 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use this service.

User Conduct and Prohibited Content

You agree NOT to use ThumbCraft to:

  • Upload or generate pornographic, sexually explicit, or adult content of any kind
  • Create content that violates Roblox's Terms of Service or Community Standards
  • Upload or generate content depicting violence, hate speech, harassment, or discrimination
  • Generate content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others
  • Use the service for illegal purposes or to promote illegal activities
  • Upload malware, viruses, or malicious code
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or exploit the service
  • Create multiple accounts to abuse free credits or promotional offers
  • Share your account credentials with others

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination without refund.

AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Important: All thumbnails are generated using artificial intelligence (Google Gemini AI). You acknowledge and agree that:

  • AI-generated images may contain unexpected results, artifacts, or imperfections
  • We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or suitability of generated images
  • Results may vary based on your prompts and reference images
  • Generated images may not exactly match your expectations or requirements
  • You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before using it
  • The AI service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind

No Refunds Policy

All credit purchases are final and non-refundable.

Because image generation consumes API resources and credits are deducted immediately upon successful generation, we cannot offer refunds if:

  • You are unhappy with the quality of generated images
  • The generated image does not match your expectations
  • You make an error in your prompt or reference images
  • You change your mind about using the service
  • You accidentally generate multiple images

We recommend starting with a small credit package to test the service before purchasing larger amounts.

Credit System

ThumbCraft uses a credit-based system where each thumbnail generation costs 1 credit. You agree that:

  • Credits are purchased in advance and stored in your account
  • Credits are deducted immediately upon successful generation
  • Credits never expire but are non-transferable
  • Unused credits cannot be redeemed for cash
  • We may adjust pricing with reasonable notice
  • Promotional credits may have different terms and expiration dates

Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of images you upload as reference images. By uploading content, you grant us a license to store, process, and use them to provide the service.

Generated Images: You own the AI-generated thumbnails created using your account. However, you are responsible for ensuring your use of generated images complies with applicable laws and platform guidelines (including Roblox's Terms of Service).

Our Service: ThumbCraft, including our code, design, and branding, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our service without permission.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

  • Violation of these Terms of Service
  • Uploading prohibited content
  • Fraudulent activity or abuse of the service
  • Non-payment or chargebacks
  • Any conduct that we determine is harmful to the service or other users

Upon termination, you will lose access to your account and any remaining credits (no refunds will be provided).

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • ThumbCraft is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
  • We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for credits in the past 30 days
  • We are not responsible for content you generate or how you use it

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend or discontinue the service temporarily for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., third-party API outages).

Third-Party Services

ThumbCraft relies on third-party services including Google Gemini AI for image generation. You acknowledge that:

  • Third-party services have their own terms and policies
  • We are not responsible for third-party service outages or changes
  • Your content may be processed by these third-party services

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.
